Tracy & Tim

This wedding was an extremely important one for me to shoot, and I'm ever so happy and grateful I got the chance to. The bride, Tracy, is my oldest friend. We met when we were around 4 years old, lived around the corner from each other, went to the same school, rode at the same barn, and pretty much grew up in each others houses and with each others families. Though we didn't see each other that often as we got older, we still kept in touch and I was beyond thrilled when she asked me if I would photograph her wedding in August.

Tracy, you're lucky I didn't serenade your party with the 'Minnow Song'.

It was a small, low-key ceremony (very much Tracy's style) but it was warm and fun, full of family and close friends; it was easy to feel the love at this simple, yet beautiful wedding. I made new friends (including Tracy's new husband Tim, whom I adore!), reconnected with her family, and was incredibly lucky to make new connections in local the wedding and event planning industry. All in all, it was a beautiful day and I could not be any happier to have been there for my childhood friend.

Congrats, you two! Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this awesome, wonderful day!
